This temple is also known as a Shiv Mandir of Ambarnath. This temple is located on 2 km away from Ambarnath (East) railway station. This temple was built in built in 1060 AD. and a construction style is Hemadpanti style. This temple was built by Shilahara king Chhittaraja and when the king died then his son rebuilt this Temple.
